Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain, a leading Islamic bank in the kingdom, emerged as the winner of four prestigious awards from the Banker Middle East Product Awards 2019.
They were in the categories of Best Islamic Retail Banking Services (Bahrain), Best Customer Service – Corporate/Investment Banking (Bahrain), and the Best Banking Services (Bahrain).
It was named Best User-Experience Innovator for Jazeel Banking mobile application as well as other initiatives as part of the prestigious Banker Middle East Awards 2019.
KFH has previously won three prestigious awards from the Banker Middle East Product Awards 2019, in three categories – Best Islamic Retail Banking Services (Bahrain), Best Customer Service Corporate/Investment Banking (Bahrain), and Best Banking Services (Bahrain).
Commenting on the occasion, KFH-Bahrain managing director and chief executive Abdulhakeem AlKhayyat revealed, “The bank continues to improve the services in the Islamic banking industry, by keeping up with the latest industry trends and continuing to provide innovative banking products and services. Achieving these awards are a result of the successful initiatives launched by the bank, and reaffirms our unwavering commitment to meet the needs of our valued customers as we strive to improve our products and services that we offer to our clients.”
In 2019, the bank was also awarded Global Business Outlook’s “Best Use of Technology in FinTech Solutions” award in the banking category for the bank’s mobile application KFH Jazeel Banking, and “Best Islamic Bank in Bahrain” by the internationally acclaimed EMEA Finance.
In addition, the bank won two awards from the ‘AVA Digital Awards’; emerging as Golden winners for ‘Best Cinematography’ and Platinum winners for the “Best Video Production”.
KFH also obtained ISO certifications for both information security management system and business continuity management system.
